Apple Cake - Paul
| 3 eggs, |
2 cup - flour, |
| 1 3/4 cup - sugar, |
1 tsp. - baking soda, |
| 1 cup oil, |
1 tsp.- salt, |
| 1 tsp. cinnamon, |
2 cups - sliced apples (peeled & cored) |
| 1 tsp. vanilla, |
1 cup - walnuts. |
Beat eggs and sugar together. Add oil a little at a time.
Then add salt, flour and dry ingredients to mixture. Add vanilla; fold in
apples and nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Once pan has cooled, transfer cake
to decorative dish and sprinkle powered sugar on top.
This cake is incredible moist and
excellent served while warm with a tall glass of milk or hot tea.
