Cauliflower & Cheese/Sour Cream Casserole Thanks to Phil Riffey from

1 large head of cauliflower
1 large container of Sour Cream 5 to 6 oz. of shredded Swiss Cheese
(little less than 2 cups)
1 sauce pan to melt sour cream and Swiss Cheese
1 Corning wear dish with lid.
___________ Put well trimmed and separated buds of
cauliflower in corning wear dish.
Microwave cauliflower 15 minutes at full power with lid
on.
Combine cheese and sour cream in sauce pan and heat on
stove until creamy.
When cauliflower is done pour cream sauce over it
making sure each bud has sauce on it.
Place cauliflower under broiler element of oven and
broil until the ingredients start to turn brown.Be careful not to place it
too close to element or cook too long.
Once done, carefully remove
hot dish from oven and serve hot.. It's great and don't expect to have any
left.
