Easy Corn Pudding
3 eggs, |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream, |
1/2 cup chopped onions |
1 can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) corn bread & muffin mix |
1 can cream style corn |
1/2 tsp. psptiks |

Combine the first six ingredients. Stir in corn bread
mix, just until blended.
Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about an hour.
This casserole is incredibly moist and
light.
