Grits and Cheese Casserole
3/4 Cup Quick Grits
1 Stick of Butter 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Table spoon Lowery's Seasoned Salt 15 Drops Tabasco Sauce 3 well
beaten Eggs 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese Paprika
In 3 cups of boiling water cook grits for 2 minutes.
Stir in Cheese, butter, garlic, Seasoned Salt and Tabasco. Allow to cool.
Mix in beaten eggs well, pour in pan,
sprinkle paprika over grits and bake uncovered in oven at 300 degrees for 1
hour or until done.
