Dr. B's Key Lime Pie
Cook over low heat (250 degrees) whisking constantly
until thickens & first bubbles appear. DO NOT BOIL.
Pour into 2 short bread pie crusts. Refrigerate.
Uncle John cautions, "The critical time is when you are
ready to add the Cool Whip. The longer you can hold off and still make a
smooth mixture, the thicker it will make the pie. |
