Mexican Cheese Cake

 2 - 8 oz. cream cheese,
 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese,
 1- 8 oz. sour cream,
 3 eggs,
 1 cup salsa [mild or medium],
 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies.

 Combine all in Cuisenaire [or mixer]. Mix till smooth.
 Pour into 9" spring form pan [or 2 pie pans].
 Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until almost set.
 [a little less time if you use 2 pans].
 When baking in one pan it has taken me up to 30 minutes longer.
 

 Scoop with Fritos, or spread on crackers.
