Orange Ginger Grilled Salmon Marinade

 1/3 cup Soy Sauce,
 1/3 cup Orange Juice2,
 3 Tbs. Brown Sugar,
 1 tsp. Ground Ginger,
 1 tsp. Garlic Powder,
 2 Scallions, chopped,
1 1/2 Lbs. Salmon Fillet.

 Combine marinade ingredients in a plastic bag.
 Shake mixture in sealed bag until well blended.
 Place salmon in sealed plastic bag then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
 Baste salmon while cooking.
 You can cook in Microwave, convection oven or broil in oven.
